Jerry was born and raised in the New Orleans area. He received a BA and MA from Louisiana State University. Jerry began serving on staff in 1986 after receiving a Master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and wife, Lori, have two children and five grandchildren. He enjoys being with his family, reading, walking, working out, taking care of his yard and being outside.

God brought Seth to the staff of NBC in 2010 to come alongside Pastor Jerry and the Elders to shepherd the Adult Ministries. Seth has a Doctor of Ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Masters degrees in Adult Christian Education and Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. After being raised in Colorado and Massachusetts, he has grown to really love the culture of SE Louisiana. Seth and his wife, Katie, enjoy hospitality in their home and time with their three children, Keelen, Isabelle and Isaac. Besides time with family, he enjoys a few hobbies such as riding bikes and a little skateboarding. Seth's life verse is 1 Cor. 10:31 - to do all things to the glory of God.

Von was born and raised on the Northshore. He and his wife, Jenna, have attended Northshore Bible for over 20 years. Von desired for many years to enter into full-time ministry. He came on staff in January 2022. He is excited to partner with parents to help our children and youth grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Von and Jenna have two children. Their family enjoys hiking in the mountains and spending time outside in God's creation.

Bill Nesbit joined the NBC staff January 2017. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and has been involved in music ministry at various churches in the greater New Orleans area. He is married to wife, Deanna, and they have three children and two grandchildren.

Lindsay joined the NBC staff in June of 2024 as the Ministry Assistant. She is administratively gifted and is excited to be able to serve her church in this capacity. Lindsay is married to Mike, and the two love spending time together listening to live music and working on creative projects. They have two teenagers that have grown up at Northshore Bible Church since young children.
