Jerry was born and raised in the New Orleans area. He received a BA and MA from Louisiana State University. Jerry began serving on staff in 1986 after receiving a Master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and wife, Lori, have two children and two grandchildren.

God brought Seth to the staff of NBC in 2010 to come alongside Pastor Jerry and the Elders to shepherd the Adult Ministries. He's blessed to have Master’s Degrees in Biblical Studies and Adult Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and to have served Jesus and His church since 2001. After being raised in Colorado and Massachusetts, he has grown to really love the culture of SE Louisiana. Seth and his wife, Katie, enjoy hospitality in their home and time with their three children, Keelen, Isabelle and Isaac. Besides time with family, he enjoys cycling, R/C cars and reading theology.

Justin's wife Stephanie grew up at NBC. The two were married here in 1997 and have been attending ever since. They have three children and three miniature schnauzers. Having always had a heart for children and youth ministry, Justin joined the staff in 2015 in that capacity. He is originally from Arkansas and enjoys doing anything out in God's creation, especially backpacking and camping.

Bill Nesbit joined the NBC staff January 2017. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and has been involved in music ministry at various churches in the greater New Orleans area. He is married to wife, Deanna, and they have three children and two grandchildren.
