Let's Go To The Amazon!

NBC is sending a team to the Amazon this summer, August 1-9, 2025! We are excited to announce that God has called 14 people from our church to go to the villages along the Amazon River in Brazil to show the love of Christ to the forgotten people there and share the good news of salvation in Him. We still have room on the team! If you've been praying about going on a short-term mission trip or about this trip specifically, we'd love for you to come to our first team meeting at 5pm on Sunday, February 23 at NBC to find out more. Join us on an 8 week, section by section journey through the Gospel of Mark. We will learn key parts of this book and have healthy discussions about life application too. Childcare is offered Sunday morning but not Tuesday evening. Starts: Sunday, 6/1 @ 9am in the old youth room and Tuesday, 6/3 @7pm in the old youth room. Evening Women's Summer Bible Study

Ladies, please join us this summer for a 6 week study on Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist. Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30, beginning June 3rd, skipping July 1st (July 4th is that Friday), and ending July 15th. In this life the list of potential disappointments is long. Today you may be facing the frustrations of singleness, a difficult marriage, parenting troubles, or a discouraging medical diagnosis. The question is, how do you deal with disappointment with grace? How do you continue to trust the Lord when your longings remain unfulfilled? Cost of the book is $10, book order due date is May 18th, childcare not provided. Led by Gail Soong
